Where are Gloryscent Beauty products made?

All of our products are made in Massachusetts, USA.

What happens after I place my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days during regular seasons. During busy times such as Christmas and the holidays, your order may ship between 5-10 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

What is your shipping timeline during COVID-19?

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email from us within 3-5 business days. Shipping companies may experience some delays now, due to the current pandemic. We have no control over the delay for delivery once your package ships. Express shipping is available upon request for an extra cost.

Which shipping courier do you use?

We ship most USA orders with USPS and orders going to Europe and other regions via DHL. If you desire to use a specific shipping company, please reach out to us so that we can help you. Contact our team at info@gloryscent.com if you have specific questions about your order.

We ship internationally to most countries.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We usually ship orders within 3-5 business days (during regular seasons). From there the standard shipping is 5-7 business days for the US and about up to8-10 business days to most countries in Europe. Please bear in mind that due to the current pandemic, local delivery services may be delayed (which is out of our control). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification when your order is on the way with tracking information. How much does shipping cost?

This varies depending on your location as well as the weight of the order placed.

Where can I buy your products?

Our products can be bought directly from our online store as well as our authorized stockists that we have listed here. Please note that unauthorized sales from stores or sources other than what we have listed cannot be verified. Each established Gloryscent stockist is listed on our website for your review. We kindly ask that you please notify us if you notice the sales of Gloryscent products from an unauthorized source as we need to ensure the quality control of our brand and prevent counterfeit sales. Please note that purchasing from an unauthorized retailer is a big risk and may result in you receiving used, damaged, tampered, contaminated and even counterfeit products. We cannot guarantee nor replace products purchased from retailers we have no relationship with.

What is your return policy?

We want you to have the best experience using Gloryscent Beauty products. Please contact us within 48 hrs of receiving your order via email and one of our customer care team members will reach out to you to help you resolve any questions or concerns.

What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

We are so sorry to hear this! In case of damaged product, please contact our customer care info@gloryscent.com so that we can help you. Please email us a photo of damaged goods within 3 business days of receiving it with your order number and we will get in touch with you for a replacement or refund. In case of damaged product purchased at one of our authorized retailers, we kindly ask you to get in touch with them directly. Gloryscent may not be able to offer replacement or refund for goods that were not purchased from us directly.

Do I have to pay duties?

All international orders are subject to duties fees and extra charges. Please understand this is not under our control and duties fees may be charged by each respective country and their government at customs based on your country’s regulations. If you place an order and live outside of USA, you may be charged duties at customs when your parcel arrives at destination. Duties fees will vary depending on the location and quantity of the order.

Do you offer discounts?

Gloryscent offers occasional discounts and free gifts promotions. We always include a complimentary sample with your order as well. Come back to our website often not to miss any future promotion.

Are your products all organic?

We are 100% natural, and we use certified organic ingredients in our products however our company is not certified organic. We have identified our certified organic ingredients with an * on each of our product page description.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products typically have a 6-12-month+ shelf life. Our water-based products like the Enzyme cleansing Gel or Urbana Elixir should be used within 3 months of opening. Our oil-based serum should be used within 6 months after opening.
